Under 'Disha- an Initiative' being run under the aegis of Bowry Memorial Educational and Medical Trust, a prize distribution ceremony was organized to honor the sports achievers at National, State & District Level respectively. Around 300 players were applauded & appreciated by the dignitaries at the event. The trust firmly believes that “enhancement of sports” is the need of the hour and it helps to channelize the youth for being socially aware and aids in their all-round development. As a mark of encouragement & promotion of sports, Bowry Memorial Trust provides 100 percent free coaching to the National Level sports achievers. Bowry Memorial Educational and Medical Trust give tremendous concessions, 100 ℅ to National sports achievers , and 50 ℅ to State Sports Achievers and 25 ℅ to District Sports Achievers.

In an endeavour to support social value system, Bowry Memorial Educational & Medical Trust, Under Disha – An Initiative, organized “Academic Excellence Award” Ceremony. This occasion was organized to motivate and recognize the efforts of the Principals of various schools in the city and the students of class X in academics. For this ceremony, Grade X toppers of Session 2021-22 and Principals of 60 Schools in the city were invited to Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions, Loharan.
