Celebrating Excellence

Celebrating Excellence at Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions!

Honoring Academic Brilliance, Mentorship & the Spirit of Perseverance

A Tribute to Hard Work and Determination

This annual celebration is not merely about awards. It is about acknowledging unwavering effort, sleepless nights, inspiring educators, and relentless student spirit that together create success stories. At Innocent Hearts, we aim to cultivate a culture of recognition, inspiration, and community support that motivates students to reach even greater heights.

 Highlights of the Grand Celebration

 Traditional Opening Ceremony

The event commenced on a spiritual and traditional note with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp and a soul-soothing Saraswati Vandana. This set the perfect tone for a day dedicated to wisdom, learning, and celebration.

 Recognizing Jalandhar's Brightest Minds

Dozens of meritorious students from Class X were awarded for their exceptional academic performance. The awards acknowledged students not just for their marks, but for their discipline, consistency, and holistic approach to education.

Each awardee received a certificate of recognition, a medal of excellence, and personalized appreciation from the dignitaries present. But that’s not all — their mentors and Principals were also honored for playing a vital role in shaping these success journeys.

 Presence of Esteemed Guests

The grandeur of the event was elevated by the presence of distinguished guests, whose words of encouragement inspired everyone present:

  • Mr. Rajesh Jain (NVR Overseas)

  • Mr. V.K. Sareen (Punjab Housing Finance)

  • Dr. Rohan Bowry – A consistent supporter of student wellness and innovation

  • Mrs. Aradhana Bowry – Known for her passion for cultural and educational enrichment

Their motivational addresses emphasized the importance of values, innovation, and consistent effort in today's fast-evolving academic landscape.

Cultural Performances: Blending Art with Celebration

No celebration at Innocent Hearts is complete without vibrant student-led cultural showcases that reflect our heritage and progressive values:

  • Women Empowerment Dance – A powerful and emotional performance that honored the strength, resilience, and role of women in shaping society.

  • Traditional Punjabi Giddha – A lively and energetic celebration of Punjabi culture that lit up the stage with colors, rhythm, and joy.

These performances not only entertained the audience but also emphasized the importance of creativity, culture, and inclusiveness in education.

 Reflections and Gratitude

The event concluded with an emotional vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Gagandeep Kaur Dhanju, who expressed heartfelt appreciation to the students, teachers, parents, and supporting staff for making the day a resounding success. She emphasized that the true essence of education lies in the nurturing of both mind and heart, and that platforms like the Academic Excellence Awards encourage students to aim higher.

What Makes the Disha Initiative Unique?

Disha – An Initiative by the Bowry Memorial Trust aims to build an educational ecosystem that’s rooted in excellence, compassion, and future-readiness. Through programs like the Academic Excellence Awards, Disha not only rewards achievement but promotes leadership, mentorship, and holistic development.

By recognizing Principals and teachers alongside students, Disha underscores the fact that education is a collective effort — and behind every topper is a team of guiding lights.

 Looking Ahead

As the event concluded, the message was loud and clear:

“Success is a journey best shared with those who believe in you.”

At Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions, we remain committed to building a culture of excellence, encouragement, and empathy. We look forward to hosting even more enriching events in the future that uplift young minds and recognize unsung heroes of education.
