  Motivational and Awareness webinars conducted for the parents by Bowry Memorial Educational and Medical Trust  Under Disha - An Initiative by Bowry Memorial Educational and Medical Trust, Innocent Hearts School conducted webinars for the parents during the pandemic Covid – 19. World Sight Day

Under 'Disha- An Initiative' (run by Bowry Memorial Educational and Medical Trust), 'World Sight Day' was celebrated in all the five schools of Innocent Hearts (Green Model Town, Loharan, Noorpur Road, Cantt.- Jandiala Road and Kapurthala Road) to make the children aware about visual impairment and blindness and also to promote the importance of vision health. Director CSR , Dr. Palak Gupta Bowry gave important tips to children for eye care and advised them to keep the eyes healthy , add  balanced diet in their routine, reduce  screen time, get regular eye checkups done. Further, she enlightened the children about a remarkable 20- formula, as per which one should focus on something 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes as it immensely  helps in relaxing the eyes while watching the screen and preventing damage caused by continuous screen viewing. facebook
