Awareness Session by Commissionerate, Saanjh Kendra

Under the 'DISHA- An Initiative' run by the Bowry Memorial Educational and Medical Trust, a healthy awareness session was organized in association with the members of the Saanjh Kendra to spread awareness amongst the members of society about the growing criminal activities in the society.

Different helpline numbers issued by Saanjh Kendra were shared for seeking protection against domestic violence, identification of people living on rent along with the discussion on the need to have a police clearance certificate before going abroad. Vital information about RBI Sachet App was disseminated in order to make them alert about the frauds happening through various platforms such as WhatsApp, Net Banking, ATM etc. Further, the people were also apprised about the services provided by Women Help Desk.
