Expert Talk on World Heart Day

  



In order to raise awareness about cardiovascular diseases, Bowry Memorial Educational and
Medical Trust conducted an Expert Talk on the occasion of World Heart Day. The resource
person for the session was Dr. Vivek Rana, a renowned Cardiologist, at Innocent Hearts
Multispecialty Hospital.
Dr. Vivek Rana acquainted the audience with the causes, symptoms and treatment of
cardiovascular diseases. He further shared some valuable tips to follow healthy dietary habits
that control the level of sugar & cholesterol in the body and keeps the heart healthy. He
motivated the students to adopt the habit of regular exercise and meditation so as to reduce the
stress level of the body.
