World Environment Day





 World Environment Day was celebrated under Disha - an initiative being run, under the aegis of Bowry Memorial Educational and Medical Trust. Children participated with great enthusiasm in the online activities organized on World Environment Day. Various activities were organized according to different age groups of students. Students made food feeders for their feathered friends i.e. birds by properly using the items available at their home. Students also planted a 24 hour oxygen giving and medicinal plant in their home and promised to take care of the plant and observe its growth closely. Students further made paper bags by making the best use of the waste items during the Best Out of Waste activity with the thought of saving the environment. 


Dr. Anup Bowry; Chairman of Innocent Hearts said that the trust is always ready for the upliftment of the society.  Through collaborative efforts we can make the environment clean. Environmental conservation is not a one day affair. We should dedicate every day to saving the environment.
