Innocent Hearts Organizes Workshop “IDEA TO IMPACT – Turning Vision into Reality”

The Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions successfully organized an engaging workshop titled “IDEA TO IMPACT – Turning Vision into Reality”, aimed at fostering entrepreneurial thinking and guiding students on how to transform innovative concepts into successful ventures. The session was conducted by Dr. Sachin Khullar, Mentor at STARTUP PUNJAB (Govt. of Punjab), Brain Science Coach, and Guinness Book of World Record Holder. Dr. Khullar shared practical insights on how ideas can evolve into thriving startups through structured planning, persistence, and a clear sense of direction. He highlighted the “3 magic ingredients of unstoppable success – Play, Pitch, and Power Up”.  The key points of the session included: generating ideas, defining vision and mission, conducting market research and validation, building a strong business plan, and overcoming challenges with resilience. Dr. Khullar also shared real-life examples of startups that turned vision into reality and case studies of entrepreneurs who overcame obstacles to achieve remarkable success. Students received valuable takeaways, including motivation to act on their ideas, practical guidance for startup planning, and an understanding of the skills required to succeed in the competitive business world. The interactive session proved to be highly enriching, leaving students inspired to convert their innovative ideas into impactful ventures. The workshop concluded with a vote of thanks, appreciating Dr. Khullar’s valuable guidance and acknowledging the active participation of students.
