Under the 'DISHA- An Initiative' run by the Bowry Memorial Educational and Medical Trust, a healthy awareness session was organized in association with the members of the Saanjh Kendra to spread awareness amongst the members of society about the growing criminal activities in the society.   Different helpline numbers issued by Saanjh Kendra were shared for seeking protection against domestic violence, identification of people living on rent along with the discussion on the need to have a police clearance certificate before going abroad.   Vital information about RBI Sachet App was disseminated in order to make them alert about the frauds happening through various platforms such as WhatsApp, Net Banking, ATM etc. Further, the people were also apprised about the services provided by Women Help Desk.  

  A HEALTHY OUTSIDE BEGINS WITH THE HEALTHY INSIDE Considering the physical, mental and social well-being to be of utmost importance & for enhancing the quality of life of the members of society, DISHA- An Initiative by Bowry Memorial Educational and Medical Trust organized an extremely productive & fructuous seminar on “Holistic Health” by a certified wellness coach Dr. VEENA GUPTA, whereby the importance of mind mapping, visualization, positive affirmations, Socializing & appreciation coupled with gratitude was emphasized.

Disha-An Initiative by Bowry Memorial Educational and Medical Trust, organized a  career counseling session for senior secondary students of Innocent Hearts School with a view to enlighten them with various career options available after Grade XII, for their professional as well as personal growth. Faculty members from the school of Hotel Management, Management, Information Technology, and the school of sciences acquainted the students with numerous graduation courses & counseled them to choose the relevant course to start their career in the right direction, keeping their interest into consideration.                               

  A career counselling session for students of class X was organized at Innocent Hearts under DISHA-An Initiative By Bowry Memorial Educational and Medical Trust (BMEMT), in which the students were made aware of the four streams (medical, non-medical, commerce, humanities) and skill courses, so as to prepare them to make the wisest choice for their profession. Further, Dr. Dheeraj Banati (Deputy Director Expansion, Affiliation, Planning, Implementation, CSR) enlightened the students about Vocational Skill based courses & encouraged them to choose the fields as per their aptitude & goals, which will help in successful career-building.

  Under the aegis of the Bowry Memorial Educational and Medical Trust, Innocent Hearts Group commemorated Digital Preservation Day as a part of Disha –An Initiative campaign, aimed at creating awareness on the conservation of digital devices so as to enable the users to efficiently save and preserve the data effectively for continual access of information. On this occasion, the need and procedure for preserving digital tools was highlighted.   Students from IT, Management and MLS department of Innocent Hearts Group enthusiastically participated in the activity and explained various policies, methods and infrastructure requirements to preserve digital tools.

  Under the aegis of Bowry Memorial Trust, Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions organised a seminar on the topic “Power of Positive Living” with a view to maintain the optimistic mind set of the students A renowned expert conducted the seminar & inspired everyone to recognize their inner power for resolving the difficulties of life. She enlightened the students with benefits of consistent hard work and patience for achieving the vision of life in right manner. She further emphasized on one’s inner beauty & the habit of gratitude to attract positivity in life. The session was concluded with some noteworthy tips to empower the students for achieving specific goals of life.

  Disha – A Counseling Cell, under the aegis of Bowry Memorial Educational and Medical Trust(BMEMT) organized a seminar on “EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE” for the teachers of all Schools of Innocent Hearts. The Resource person, Ms. Bhavdeep Kohli, was an Internationally Certified Image Consultant and Soft Skill Trainer who conducted a fructuous session on the necessity to Contact, Connect, and Collaborate with the young minds.
